Applied Thermal Engineering, Inc. (established in 1988 and incorporated in 1992) was a creation of President Rick A. Smith, P.E.* In its early years, ATE, Inc. had a primary focus of troubleshooting existing boiler problems and designing boiler/steam distribution layouts with optimization and energy conservation as the primary target.
Over the years, our focus has not changed, but our services have expanded to meet today’s demands.
